He started his career within Danone group before joining Elitair in 1990. General Manager of the collective restauration branch, he founded LGH in 1993 in order to restructure the 3rd french hotel group (Climat de France, Balladins, Nuit d'Hôtel).
After having sold these hotel brands in 1999, he led several major operations on his own and in partnership with investment funds (Lonestar, LBO France, Tikehau).
Member of Buffalo Grill's Supervisory Board since 2008, he became the executive Chairman of the company from 2012 to 2014 and led the turnaround with success. He is currently the Chairman of the group's holding Executive Board.
