HOSPITALITY INVESTMENT AND DEVELOPMENT
Le groupe de l'hôtellerie participates as co-investor with private equity funds in hospitality operations.
Its experience in hotel investments and hospitality management allows LGH
to collaborate with many investors, both corporate and family-owned groups
(LGH acts as a partner for investment funds).
1993 - 1999
After taking over the hospitality division of Elitair Group, LGH operated the turnaround and development of the hotel chains Climat de France, Balladins and Nuit d'Hôtel, gathering 345 hotels.

LGH ceded the franchise business to Louvre Hôtels in 1999 and kept around twenty hotels.
1999 - 2002
Management of 23 hotels on its own, following the cession of the Elitair division.

Cession of the 23 hotels to Lonestar.
Simultaneously, LGH operated the acquisition of a portfolio of mid-range hotels (2*) on behalf of Lonestar.
2004 - 2006
In partnership with LBO France, LGH acquired business and premises of 28 hotels in Paris proper owned by Accor, Blackstone and Colony Capital for an amount of 200 M€.
Cession of 23 hotels to private investors.
Total or partial renovation and management of the 5 remaining hotels under the Mercure banner.
Cession of the hotels to Westmont group.

2007 - 2014
Acquisition of business and premises of 3* hotels with Tikehau Capital in winter sports resorts (Alpe d'Huez, Arcs, Plagne, Morzine and Tignes).
These assets were given under lease management to TUI.
Acquisition of 2 parisian hotels with Tikehau Capital :
Le Quartier Bastille *** (sold in 2011),
Le Quartier Bercy Square *** (sold in 2012).
2003 - Today
In parallel with these operations, LGH acquires, renovates and manages several hotels on its own account and for independent investors :
